‘Consideration money in the said deed mentioned namely £50 has been paid to the said Hamiora Tu in current coins of the realm and no portion of the consideration money has been paid in spirituous liquor, warlike stores +c and that is clearly understood by the siad Hamiora Tu as an actual and absolute conveyance of the rural section to the said W. H. Kissling’.
